Rendered Homes is a design services company that provides interior floorplan designs using 3D software and color renderings, provides product recommendations, and professional renovation knowledge. We create designs and solve the design puzzle to get the renovation homework completed with our client. To give confidence to our client when speaking to their contractor and suppliers through educated guidance, design creativity and understanding.
Our Process. Made Simple.
Step 1: An In home meeting or FREE initial Zoom meeting
Let's meet and discuss your project, your wish list, who uses the space, and what you hope to achieve. We review together design service options for your selection.
Step 2: A Tailored Estimate is provided
Once you decide to move forward, we will send you a contract that outlines your deliverables. Once signed, we require a 50% deposit.
After a site visit and precise measurements taken, our real work begins.
Step 3: The design work begins
Our first step includes a review of 2 rough draft preliminary perspectives to review for your approval. Then the approved design will take shape and color.
